What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) is an ancient Japanese healing technique that promotes natural, holistic self-healing.
Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique. The practitioner is channeling ki (universal life energy) through to the focus or intention. The practitioner channels to you through means of energetic flow and connection, activating the natural healing processes of the focus or intention. This often serves to heal or restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

What Happens During an Energy Therapy Session

During a 1 hour and 30 minute session the first item will be to state an intention and focus of direction for which the session will follow. Your in-person or distance phone session, you stay fully dressed, lie on a flat comfortable surface, and relax.
You may experience a variety of sensations, like heat, cold, or tingling. You may also feel as if you are in a waking dream, with one or all of your senses heightened. After your energy treatment, we’ll discuss and interpret your experience and talk about your next steps for success
